**Nylon tulle tutu skirt with a mix of peacock purple, turquoise, blue, and citrus green tulle.  The skirt also has a turquoise organza bow with long ribbon tails, the bow is embellished with two beautiful peacock feather eyes

**Peacock feather headpiece: A beautiful pad of many peacock feather eyes is attached to a fancy ruffle and black velvet stretchy headband and embellished with a multi stone turquoise and silver broach at the base of the feather pad.  Feather's and broach are permanently attached to the headband.
